The idea of NUCER, comes from the increasing worry about a healthy life in relation to an environmental respect. Due to our personal experience, we would like to make easier access to organic products for people like us who aspire to a healthier life in collaboration with the environment.
The activity of NUCER is based in selling organic products through the internet (food, cleaning, personal care…). Its service is aimed at everyone who is interested and committed to what consuming organic products means.
NUCER wants also collaborate on sensitizing about respect of environment, and about the very importance of the organic product as well. All that with articles, information, forums…
Organic products are guaranteed by the organic guarantee label which it means that they observe the Law CEE 2092/91; As well as, the stated Laws of independent authorized certifying organisms. Registration, in Spain, is in charge of Regulatory Board of Organic Agriculture (organisms whose powers have been transferred to Autonomous regions):

This label assured that the products are produced without antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, irradiation or bioengineering.
THE ORGANIC PRODUCT:
The organic product is a healthier product. Why?
It is healthier for the producer. Since he doesn’t use pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Family farms that are certified organic farms have a double economic benefit: they are profitable and they farm in harmony with their surrounding environment. The organic production allows the farmer to be independent to multinational companies. The organic farms are compatible with rural tourism and they help to keep the rural life, culture and tradition.
It is healthier for the livestock; since it is respected in its not accelerated growth, without antibiotics or hormones. Native livestock varieties of the region are promoted.
It is healthier for the soil. Organic production helps soil conservation. Feeding the soil with organic matter instead of ammonia and other synthetic fertilizers has proven to increase nutrients in produce, with higher levels of vitamins and minerals found in organic food.
It is healthier for the air. The respect towards livestock generates low aerosol pollution and less carbon dioxide, which prevents greenhouse effect. Organic farming doesn’t generate pollutant wastes; helps to the energy saving… the crop and the organic production make the most of renewable resources.
It is healthier for water. It contributes to the water retention. And the aquifers are not polluted with the abusive utilization of chemical pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
It is healthier for consumers. All the above reasons make organic products consumption beneficial for our own health, since we help to keep the ecological balance of environment… in addition to that, the organic products have a more authentic taste and flavour, they content more nutrients and vitamins… protected by a strict regulation of quality control.
